Final Report
On January 12, 2009, the Expert Panel on Securities Regulation delivered its final report as well as a draft Securities Act, including a commentary, to the federal Minister of Finance and the provincial and territorial Ministers responsible for securities regulation.
The Expert Panel’s recommendations and conclusions were shaped by its consultation process as well as the results of its commissioned research studies.
